QUANTUM LEAP IN DRUG DISCOVERY

FAR Biotech is a drug discovery company that believes quantum mechanics is the correct fundamental theory to model biomolecular interactions in drug discovery.  Thus, we centered our research around quantum pharmacophore — the bioactive part of a molecule in quantum space. This allows us to screen bioactive molecules and proteins with favorable drug-like attributes and identify novel structural classes that would not otherwise be discovered.

OUR PORTFOLIO

We are building a portfolio of superior preclinical assets against hard-to-drug targets with high unmet need.  We utilize quantum biomodeling for multi-property optimization of unique, structurally novel candidate compounds.  Using this framework, we can identify novel, structurally diverse, optimized lead molecules that other approaches would not look for, or find.  This unique approach yields highly bioactive, optimized molecules that possess other necessary drug-like properties – with a top-tier hit rate of 40-60%.  Our proprietary, target-agnostic approach has been validated across a number of diverse therapeutic areas.
